Emma Li is a real estate development advisor, multi-state licensed architect, and the Founder & Managing Principal of Elite Property Advisors and LG Architecture. She has approximately 15 years of experience in architecture, real estate development, and project management and has contributed to projects representing more than $800 million in total value.

Emma’s work connects real estate investment with project execution. She evaluates opportunities from the perspectives of development, investment, architecture, planning, permitting, cost, and construction, helping clients identify risks and make informed decisions before committing substantial capital.

Emma holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Her professional credentials include AIA, NCARB, LEED Green Associate, and WELL AP.
