-
Ongoing investor communications
-
Strategic partnerships
-
Post-investment relationship management
Through her work in private real estate offerings, Lan has also developed substantial practical experience with investor disclosures, transaction governance, securities compliance processes and risk-management considerations, working alongside legal, tax and transaction professionals.
At EPA, Lan leads the capital formation and investor strategy perspective.
Her role is to evaluate whether a project's capital structure, financing assumptions and investor positioning are realistic, sustainable and aligned with the underlying real estate strategy.
Her greatest strength is not simply raising capital, but understanding how to build long-term capital relationships around a credible and properly structured investment opportunity.
